  2. Our collection service will validate your account within 24-48 hours and you will receive a confirmation email with:
  • Your account number
  • Your username and password

A four-stage procedure

It could not be simpler to request a delivery of empty boxes:

  1. Log on to the collection extranet using your user name and password: www.owa-collect.com
  2. Go to the 'Order boxes' section.
  3. Enter the quantity of boxes required.
  4. Fill in your delivery details.
  5. Confirm your order.

Your order will be sent to you free of charge within 24 to 72 hours*.

 

2. What to put in your collection box

As part of our environmentally friendly and circular economy focused approach, we collect empty InkJet and laser (or toner) cartridges from all brands excluding all other waste (such as copier drums, ink drums, fuser units, ribbons, faxes, printers, bottles, batteries, light bulbs etc.)

To protect empty cartridges during transportation and allow them to be recycled, please place laser or toner cartridges in their deflated airbag and InkJet cartridges with their protective tab.

 

3. Request pick-up of full collection boxes

Once your collection box is full (15 to 20 cartridges, weighing 20 kg maximum), log in to your account at www.owa-collect.com to place your pick-up request.

Each time you request pick-up or collection of your empty cartridges, you must print a pick-up label with a bar code.

  • For box pick-ups, the label must always be taped onto each collection box.
  • For full pallet pick-ups, affix a label to each box and two labels to the pallet (large and small sides of the pallet). For further information on packaging pallets, go to www.owa-collect.com.

This label can be downloaded after confirmation of your pick-up request and will also be sent to you with details of the arrival of the carrier or collector.

4. Waste Tracking Certificate

Within one month of pick-up of your used cartridges, Armor will provide a Waste Tracking Certificate, available from your collection login area. This document attests to Armor’s commitment to collecting and recycling your empty cartridges.

After sorting, you can download your materials audit as well as the various OWA Collection tools (procedures, transport permits, etc.)
